Dear Sirs, I recently patented a new disposable plate (realizable in different types of material). My Italian patent application through my patent consultancy has been extended to an international patent application (PCT), 18 months worldwide. In this phase the patent protection is totally valid and active in “patent pending” for of which the rights in substance of a granted patent have been granted.
