Creative thinking methods
In this article you will find some creative thinking methods to generate ideas and new solutions.
Explore: every day keep 15 or 30 minutes to let your mind wander. Go out, take a walk, see new things, read a magazine, observe what you know along the way. Then write the ideas you had, though they seem bizarre.
Children: learn from children, they are not conditioned by prejudices and rules, and have less difficulty in thinking out of the patterns. They are not afraid of mistaking, they express their creativity freely. Return a baby and dream open-minded, think about what you would have done as an adult, even if it seems unlikely.
Failure: Do not be afraid of failure, mistake is natural, should not be considered a defeat. In fact it is a life gym. It is important to analyze why it did not work and correct the shot.
Think on your own: do not let yourself be conditioned by the opinions of others, you can do it after. At this stage it is important to think independently, looking to the future, not to the past or to the present.
Challenge: A real creator is the one who gave birth to things that did not exist and which until then seemed impossible, challenging those who considered them crazy. Think out of the patterns, play with the objects you have and think about how they might be useful for other purposes, maybe with some modification.
List: Think of your life, to the small everyday things. Where there are problems, there must be solutions. How would you solve the question? Do not repress ideas that now seem bizarre and unlikely. Write in a piece of paper everything that comes to your mind, then think of something else.
Return to the list with fresh mind, you will definitely delete something and add more.
Return a third time to these ideas and this time begin to think rationally as well. Choose the ones that are valid for you and start to deepen them and see if they have already been tempted and why they have not been successful. Concentrate on two or three of these and try to analyze them thoroughly, develop and criticize them. If it does not work again, try with another problem.
